  1. You can apply for a Fino savings account through any of the following channels:

    • Visit our Fino registered merchant points
    • Call us on our customer care number 1800 268 1000
    • Place a request through our website

  2. Fino savings account can be opened with just your Aadhaar number and mobile number

  3. Yes, you can change your type of savings account. Please visit the nearest bank branch to change your savings account variant.

  4. The interest rate applicable on savings account is 3.25% p.a. applicable till 15th May 2020 paid quarterly. With effect from 16th May 2020 interest rate will be 2.75% p.a.

  5. The bank will send the customers a monthly e-mail statement of account free of cost. If you require a physical statement at any point of time, then you can collect it from the branch for nominal charges.
