Vision

Fino Payments Bank’s (Fino) Vision for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to further its social and environmental commitment by incorporating the vision of CSR laid out by the government in the Companies Act, 2013. Fino intends to integrate the CSR guidelines in its business operations as well as outline a strategy to invest its CSR monies in socially and environmentally beneficial outcomes.

 

Fino's CSR strategy is driven by a Board-led committee chaired by the Bank's MD & CEO and executed by an internal team headed by Mrs Manjiri Barve, Head HR.

Our goal is to create a financially inclusive society and make a positive impact for the marginalized communities across the country. We invest in various CSR initiatives by setting aside 2% of our profits every year.

CSR Model

Fino proposes to carry CSR activities directly and/or partnership with a Section 8 Company, registered trust, registered society, government bodies and community representatives as permitted under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under. Fino’s CSR monies will be used for programs which falls under the pur- view of the activities approved in Schedule VII of the Companies Act.
